Priory Way

 

 

Priory Way - this footpath, which is 2.5 km in length, begins behind the Church in Lower Green (what3words ///polka.poodle.scary).  It takes you past the site of the former priory and then through fields and meadows.   The raised areas which can be seen on the right as you enter the first meadow are the site of the monks fishponds. Heatherton Pond at the end of this walk is a lovely place for a rest or a picnic.
